Tip number one: Lemon Water
Wellness experts approve of lemon or lime juice as a detox drink. You should mix one tablespoon of lemon or lime juice with half a liter of water and should be drank drunked… drank… should be taken 4 to 5 times a day to make it more efficient.
Tip number two: Drink tea or coffee
Taking tea or coffee is an effective way of detoxifying the body because it causes a person to urinate more frequently. Hence flushing THC out of the body. Combining tea or coffee with water and a B vitamins supplement helps cleanse the body much faster. Make sure you’re drinking a tea or coffee with a medium to high caffeine content. A dark roast or espresso for coffee and black or matcha for tea. Drink for a week or so to make sure you’re completely THC free. Hell yes!
Tip number three: Apple cider vinegar
Eww! Gross! Yeah, I’m right there with you. It’s nasty, and it tastes like battery acid. But, apple cider vinegar is a natural and popular alternative to commercial detoxifying products. It helps you by boosting up your metabolism, which causes cannabinoids to metabolize much more efficiently and pass through the body faster.
Be careful when you use this one though, apple cider vinegar is extremely acidic and if taken alone, it can cause you to have an upset stomach or start destroying the enamel of your teeth. We don’t want that. Mix two teaspoons with a full glass of water and drink it for about a week or so for a maximum effect.
