Return any faulty products to Grassdoor to acquire a replacement. 

Can you ship products to my house?

CBD products can be ordered online, but THC products cannot be shipped and must be purchased from a licensed retailer. 

Will my Flav cartridge fit other batteries?

Flav cartridges fit any 510 threaded battery. Flav Pod cartridges only work with the custom Pod battery.
