What if my Zeno tablets have red spots? Are they still safe to consume?
This can happen when exposure to heat melts some of the tablet’s ingredients, causing the natural food coloring in red Zeno tablets to run (early in production, Zeno used fruit extract to give the tablets a red color, but ultimately decided on leaving them white). If your tablet had red spots, it is still safe to consume.
