Does a transdermal patch elicit the same effects as more traditional cannabis consumption methods like smoking?

In some ways yes, but in other ways no. Smoking cannabis typically results in a “high” that has a fast onset and wears off relatively quickly. Mary’s Transdermal Patches are absorbed through the skin, which means they have a fairly quick onset, in similar fashion to smoking cannabis, but a slower going, longer lasting high. 

How long do the effects of the transdermal patch last?

Mary’s patches should last approximately 8-12 hours. 

How do transdermal products compare to other cannabis products?

The main difference is that a transdermal product gets to the bloodstream faster, bypassing breakdown from the liver and stomach acids. In essence, a lower dose can be more effective and consistent in a transdermal product.
